PokeKoi is a free fan-made game, created and maintained by a single person on a non-commercial basis. PokeKoi is not affiliated with, nor endorsed by, Nintendo, Game Freak, The Pokémon Company, Twitch, Discord, or Google.
A PokeKoi account is personal and tied to a single Twitch, Discord, or Google account. Creating multiple accounts to bypass the game's mechanics or gain an unfair advantage is not allowed.
By using PokeKoi, you agree to:
PokeKoi offers private messages, a friends list, trades between friends and guilds. You can set who is allowed to write to you and block a player at any time.
You can report a chat message or a private message from within the game. By reporting a private message, you agree that moderation may read it and, if needed to judge the situation, the conversation around it. Outside of a report, moderation does not read private messages.
A guild's leader and officers can invite players, open or close applications and manage members. They must follow the same rules as everyone else.
PokeKoi is provided "as is", with no guarantee of availability, continuity, or freedom from bugs. The game is a personal project developed in the creator's free time, with no obligation of maintenance or support.
In case of non-compliance with these terms (cheating, exploiting, harassment, multi-accounting, spam), we reserve the right to warn you, prevent you from writing in chats, suspend or ban your account, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice.
These terms may change at any time. Continuing to use PokeKoi after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
